BASIC MACRO

-Macronutrient based nutrition plan specifically programmed based on analysis of your health, lifestyle, body type, activity level and a detailed intake questionnaire.

 

-This package is best suited for the self sufficient client who has experience executing a macronutrient based nutrition program as it is up to YOU to fill the programmed targets with nutrient dense foods to achieve optimal results.

 

-If you have more aggressive health & fitness goals or reach a plateau, you may need to adjust your macros every few weeks until you reach your goals. With this program you can  reach out for a Macro Adjustment at any point in time for $49.

-If you have more aggressive health & fitness goals or reach a plateau, you may need to adjust your macros every few weeks until you reach your goals. With this program you can  reach out for a Macro Adjustment at any point in time for $49.

-Unlimited email support.

-This package is best suited for the client who wants the support of a coach to optimize their health, performance, recovery, body composition and gain a comprehensive understanding of nutritional strategies to implement for the rest of their lives.

Option to add monthly on-going coaching for as long as necessary for $199/month thereafter.

 

-If you feel confident in navigating on your own with the strategies learned throughout the  monthly coaching plan to reach your goals on your own, you can still reach out for a Macro Adjustment if your goals change (eg. fat loss phase vs. maintenance phase vs. muscle building phase) at any point in time for $49

MONTHLY COACHING

-This is an add on option to any existing nutrition program.

-This package is best suited for the client who who wants the support of a coach to optimize their health, performance, recovery, body composition and gain a comprehensive understanding of nutritional strategies to implement for the rest of their lives.

-This package can be renewed on a month-to-month basis until the client reaches their fitness and health goals.

​

-Includes downloadable Resource Guides including Meal Prep Matrix, Mastering Meal Prep, Key Kitchen Gadgets, Stress Less and Sleep Smarter

 

-Includes unlimited access to the Snatches & Samosas Squad Portal. The SnS portal includes:

-Free 4 week ScaliFit Exercise Template with the option to continue extended template workouts updated every 4 weeks at the SnS discounted rate of $29/month (regular $49/month) OR customized 1-on-1 exercise coaching at the SnS discounted rate of $129/month (regular $169/month).

BI-WEEKLY COACHING

-This is an add on option for any existing SnS client that has gained the knowledge of nutritional concepts to optimize their health and may still require coaching to hold them accountable in reaching their goals. You must have completed 3 months of 1-on-1 coaching to be eligible for this package.

​

-This package is best suited for the client who who wants the support of a coach to optimize their health, performance, recovery, body composition and gain a comprehensive understanding of nutritional strategies to implement for the rest of their lives.

​

-This package can be renewed on a month-to-month basis until the client reaches their fitness and health goals.

CHECK-IN & UPDATE

-This is an add on option to any existing SnS nutrition program that can be purchased as often as required. Just like with a quality training program, your nutrition program may need to be adjusted every few weeks to avoid reaching a plateau OR when you reach your goals (eg. moving from a cutting phase into a maintenance phase).

​

-Includes in depth analysis of current health, lifestyle, body type, activity level, food log and more to determine where adjustments need to be made.

​

-This package is best suited for the existing SnS client who can follow a program on their own, but requires the support of a check in to assess their progress, assist in navigating out of a plateau or adjust their program according to their new goals.
