Why eat plain, boring veggies when you can eat this 👇🏽
Just dip each stick in eggs (I used duck eggs) and coat with the cereal mixture (I didn’t do the best job but was going for taste not presentation lol #notafoodblogger ).Spray with avo oil and cook for 7 mins per side at 450.
Then I added the marinated salmon (lemon juice, dill and a salty seafood seasoning) with 12 mins cooking time left (cooks perfectly in the Breville Airfryer at 450 for 12 mins).
I also had a pot of potatoes boiling and used the handheld immersion blender to mash those babies up because ain’t nobody got time to hand mash potatoes on a weeknight. Blend until they are pretty broken up (but don’t overblend or they get gummy) and add almond milk, ghee, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper and mash the mixture around with a fork until it’s well blended.
Boom! Basic AF and satisfying dinner tonight 🤤 Best served with SnS Spicy Cashew Mayo.
