Ever since my obsession with poke bowls was born, I craved that spicy mayo on EVERYTHING. Unfortunately, that mouth watering mass produced combo is no more than a mixture of a preservative filled sriracha and an inflammatory vegetable oil such as canola. So I took it upon myself to recreate this sauce, SnS style, and it has been one of the most requested recipes to date!

In a high speed blender (I use a vitamix) mix:
-1 cup raw cashews (if you don't have a vitamix you probably need to soak them first)
-2-4 juiced limes
-2-4tbsp coconut aminos
-1/2 cup Simply Organics sriracha (grab it @naturesfare or @choices)
-1/4 cup or more of water (add more water/lime juice if it's too spicy)
-dash of salt
