Instead of hopping on the next yo-yo diet plan, the SnS method teaches you how sustainable, maintainable weight loss is about much more than calories in versus calories out. Instead of following a cookie cutter program that may yield quick results, but typically leads to rebound weight gain shortly after, you will be equipped with the tools and knowledge to maintain your results for the rest of your life. 


This course will take you through the reverse diet and maintenance phase while teaching you how to build habits you can maintain. Eating enough to maintain your activity output is where the magic happens. The longer you feed your body adequately the reverse metabolic adaptation and produce hormones optimally the greater the likelihood of your body responding to a caloric deficit. Meaning results you can maintain while enjoying your life. While feeling our best is important, life is also meant to be lived and enjoyed and there is no reason why you can’t do both!

  • Macronutrient based nutrition plan customized to your unique body, lifestyle and goals through the analysis of your current diet, health, lifestyle, body type, activity level via a detailed intake questionnaire, pictures and food log analysis
  • Nutrient timing schedule customized to your lifestyle and/or training schedule to optimize health, muscle growth, fat loss, performance, recovery, sleep, and hormone balance
  • Downloadable resource guides including Meal Prep Matrix, Mastering Meal Prep, Key Kitchen Gadgets, Stress Management and Sleep Optimization
  • 12 modules (one module per week) teaching the SnS method to understand how your body composition goals are about more than exercise and how much you eat. 
  • Weekly videos and exercise sheets to compliment course content
  • Live weekly group coaching video calls (replay available) where you can submit your questions to be answered ahead of time
  • Daily support through a private group message board - this is where you can connect with others in the group coaching course as well as ask Sharan and Lindsay questions. 




Upon course completion:


  • You will receive a private call to use at any time to determine the direction of your program. For example, after 12 weeks of optimizing your health and priming your hormones and metabolism throughout this program, you may be primed to achieve your body composition goals through a customized cutting protocol. 
  • You will have the opportunity to bypass the waitlist and work immediately with a coach in a 1 on 1 setting to start your customized protocol. 
  • Upon completion of this course you will receive an SnS Method Certificate of Graduation. If you are a coach, this certification indicates that you truly understands how nutrition and lifestyle influence a client’s ability to achieve and maintain their goals.
