You don’t have to wait for the weekend to treat yourself to this SnS Blueberry Banana Proatmeal Airfryer Cake 🤯😋 Free of all artificial ingredients and refined sugars, we enjoy it for breakfast or dessert!
In a blender add:
-1/2 cup rolled oats (I love @onedegreeorganics sprouted rolled oats for optimal digestion)
-1 scoop protein powder (I used Banana Cinnamon @truvani)
-1/2 ripe banana
-3/4 cup nut milk
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 flax egg (1 tbsp water mixed into 2.5tbsp water let sit in fridge for 10mins)
-Sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon (natural ingredient for blood sugar control) and Himalayan sea salt.
Pour the blended dough into a greased baking tray and top with a handful of frozen blueberries.
Air fry on 450 for 20-30 mins or until the top looks crispy and cake like.
Top with vanilla @yoggu.yogurt and @nuitnutrition almond butter from @naturesfaremarkets along with a dash of @nutpods marshmallow creamer
