Looking for a #basicAF recipe to throw together tonight? Say no more fam, we gotchu! We used the SnS Meal Prep Matrix to throw this meal together in less than 5 minutes last night, but we also included a step by step guide for you below.





Ingredients:

-5oz @TruLocal grass fed and finished ground beef

-300g diced potatoes (or sub Jicama for a lower carb/higher fiber option)

-40g pickled red onion (https://minimalistbaker.com/quick-pickled-onions/)

-45g @parmelacreamery cashew mozzarella

-60g pico de gallo

-30g sauerkraut

-2 @siete almond flour tortilla shells

-2 tbsp @siete jalepeno sauce

-seasoned with turmeric, cumin, cayenne, chipotle, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper


Instructions:

-Saute the beef and season generously with the combo listed above

-Season the potatoes or jicama in the same blend and toss in the air fryer for 15-20 mins at 400 or until golden brown

-Add the air fryer root veggies to your beef saute and top with cheese to let melt for a few mins

-Heat up tortilla shells in the air fryer at 400 for 5 mins

-Throw everything into a bowl and top with pico de gallo, kraut, crushed up tortilla shells, and any of your favourite taco toppings and dig in!
