You can have your cake and eat it too with all the hidden nutrients in this SnS AirFryer Proat Cake!
-70g oat flour
-1 scoop @truvani banana cinnamon protein
-1 tsp baking powder
-5g @withinusnatural marine collagen
-125g puréed pumpkin (be sure to buy the sugar free canned version)
-100ml @organicbonebroth chicken bone broth
-130ml nut milk
-70g berries (I used frozen)
-dash of Ceylon cinnamon + sea salt
Mix everything in a bowl and combine until it forms a thick texture (depending on the type of protein you use, you may need more or less nut milk). Pour into a greased dish and add more fresh or frozen fruit to the top if desired. Bake at 450 for 30-45 mins depending on how crunchy you like the top (I keep mine in for longer).
