I am somewhat of a kitchen appliance junkie but I can honestly say after a year of testing, that the Air Fryer has changed my life. I recently upgraded from a T-fry to a Phillips and it is a GAME CHANGER for cooking meat! It makes meal prep mindless and impossible to screw up. I am no top chef and have limited time in the kitchen throughout the week, so I can honestly say that this is the best kitchen investment I have made in years! Check out this recipe for KFC worthy chicken thighs with zero oil or prep time!


Ingredients

Chicken thighs (skin on, bone in)

Garlic Powder

Truffle Salt


Directions

Season chicken thighs liberally with spices and cook at 400 degrees for 18 mins. That's it.
