SnS #BasicAF Homemade Pho

Craving Pho without the post meal sodium bomb, coupled with mystery meat inflammation high?

#SupportSmallBusinesses with the SnS #BasicAF hack to making a healthier homemade Pho in less than 30 mins!

Combine the following in an instant pot or stove top for at least 30 mins

-2 jars of @eat.khoe Pho Broth from @spentgrounds

-2 cups of bone broth (I love @organicbonebroth from @naturesfaremarkets or making my own with @trulocal organic bones)

-Fresh ginger, garlic, onion, Chinese 5 spice, salt and pepper to taste

-Dash of fish sauce

While that’s simmering, cook the pho noodles according to the directions. Again grabbed these @eat.khoenoodles from @spentgrounds and boiled for 6 mins.

I froze 2 @trulocal strip loin steaks so that I could slice them up really thin.

Then we topped with fresh cilantro, green onions, bean sprouts, lime and SnS Spicy Cashew Mayo!
