We are so proud of our dedicated client Caroline who started working with Snatches & Samosas in July 2016. The TOP photos she weighed in at 128lbs - she was doing CrossFit 5-6x per week on top of an active outdoor job. She was consistently under eating and felt tired and weak. Her goals were to lean out while building muscle and strength.

The bottom two photos are only 4 months later! By increasing her total caloric intake and shifting her macro breakdown, she's been able to lose body fat while adding lean muscle.

"I have maintained body weight and leaned out, a lot. So much that I now wear a size 24 pant... which I don't know if I've ever done! And PR's all week every week are definitely an extra bonus, along with my gymnastics going way up. Back to playing soccer and I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been, upset I didn't do this in my younger days to be honest. So everything is really good and I give the diet full credit!"
