I started working with Eric Sugawara in June to help him achieve his goals for the 2018 CrossFit Open. His 5 month goal was to gain as much strength as possible by Nov. In just 9 weeks, we have increased his total intake by over 1000 calories and he has hit a 10lb PR in his Clean & Jerk (275lbs), a 10lb PR in his Snatch (215lbs), Strict Press by 15lbs (155lbs).

His conditioning has improved as well. He doesn't feel the need to rest between movements as much and his barbell cycling and gymnastics are feeling easier. He added over 1 round to his best Cindy score and beat his 17.5 Open score by 26 seconds during a 6am class. All while still maintaining the same body weight!
