"After 4 or 5 months of 5-6x a week of Crossfit, I wasn’t seeing the physical changes in my body that I wanted and my barbell numbers had been stagnant. And so, in September of 2016, I started searching for a dietary plan- my gym programming is fantastic, and so I knew that what was missing in the equation was diet.
